Vegetarian Gravy recipe

Vegetarian Gravy ingredients list:

1 garlic clove, crushed.
1 diced medium onion.
16 fluid ounces of vegetable stock.
2 tablespoons of oil.
2 tablespoons of plain flour.
1 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce.
1 teaspoon of yeast extract.
Ground black pepper

Instructions for Vegetarian Gravy:

Fry the diced onion in oil for about five minutes.

Add the flour. Cook for a further ten minutes until the flour and onion are brown and the onion is soft.

Add the garlic; then stir in the vegetable stock.

Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately ten minutes.

Add the yeast extract, soy sauce and ground black pepper. Stir throughly.

Serve.
